Happy Birthday Addison

Wow! Where did the year go. Addison turned one on October 16th. She had so much fun eating her cake.

Is it Really October Already

Every year we go to the same pumpkin patch to get our pumpkins. It is so fun. They have about ten tractors that the kids can play on, and a fun cornmaze that I don't get lost in.

We love the zoo. Every time we go they have updated something. Gabe always loves riding the train. I thought Addie would like it more, but she didn't seem to get all that excited about the animals. Maybe next year.

So I haven't exactly been lazy. My computer has been broken for almost two months. Here is a bunch of stuff to catch me up for the rest of the summer.

First Day of School

I can't believe Gabe is already in preschool. Here is a picture of him and his teacher Mrs. Brooksby. He is loving school and I am loving the small break.

Summer is Over

This summer went to quick. We were able to go camping a few times, go to the cabin, go to St. George twice, and just have lots of fun together. I always hate August because that means I have to go back to school and spend less time with my kids. Here are some of the things we did this summer.

The Pretty Petal

I got together the other day with my old friend Suz. She and her sister started their own company making hats, headbands, flowers, and bows. Camping in the Uintah's

Every 4th of July we go camping in the Uintah's. Most of my brothers and sister come. Here is a picture of Darin, Gabe, and Addie going on a 4-wheeler ride.

Roommate Reunion

I got together with my old roommates from college. It was so fun to get together again. It was great to see their husbands and kids. It doesn't seem like any of us have changed a bit.

We had a great time at the rodeo. Gabe said his favorite part was the motorcycle jumpers who did the half time show. My favorite part of every rodeo is watching the kids ride the sheep.

Copper Mine

So I have lived in Utah all my life and I've never been to the Bingham Copper Mine. It is practically in my backyard. It was fun to see it once. Here's a picture of my mom with the kids in front of a huge tire, and Gabe, Kenzie, and Dylan in front of the big hole.

Like Father Like Son

With an accident prone father, I've been waiting for the day Gabe would have his first broken bone. He broke his leg on a trampoline. They waited about four days to cast it. Since then he has done great. It hasn't slowed him down a bit. This picture is of Darin's arm when he broke it long boarding.
